Lower Leg & Foot Massage

 

Lower leg and foot massage has been shown to increase local circulation, reduce muscle fatigue, and support tissue healing. Pregnancy Massage

 

Pregnancy massage is a gentle, nurturing therapy designed to support your body through the changes of pregnancy. Using safe, side-lying positioning and tailored techniques, this treatment helps ease common discomforts such as lower back pain, hip tension, leg cramps, and swelling. Prenatal massage can also promote relaxation, improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and support overall circulation. Each session is thoughtfully customized to your stage of pregnancy, providing comfort, care, and a moment of calm for both you and your growing baby.

Cancellation or No-Show Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show up without prior notice, may result in a cancellation fee or the full cost of the service being charged.
